A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your session date and will be deducted from the final session cost. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the session, either in cash or by bank transfer. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of booking, the date will become available to others.

Sessions can be rescheduled once free of charge (please give at least 48 hours’ notice)

In case of bad weather for outdoor sessions, we’ll reschedule free of charge – no need to pay the deposit again

Travel within 15 miles of Warrington is included in the session price.For locations further than 15 miles away, an additional travel fee will apply based on distance. This will be discussed and agreed before booking.

If your session requires studio hire, the cost of the studio is the client’s responsibility and will be added to the final session price.

Your edited gallery will be delivered via a private online link within 1–2 weeks after your session.

Additional edited images can be purchased at £8 each.

Unedited (RAW) images are not provided.

MON Photography retains the right to use photos for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you would prefer your images not to be shared publicly, a £40 privacy fee applies. This must be paid before the gallery is delivered. Please inform me about this preference when booking or on the day of the session at the latest.

Clients are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for the session. Time lost due to lateness cannot be recovered.

If you have any special requests or photo ideas, please share them in advance so I can plan accordingly.
