1.    Non-Refundable & No Cash Value
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be given if the full value is not used.
   2.    What’s Included
The voucher entitles the holder to one photo session which includes 10 professionally edited digital images delivered via online gallery. Additional images can be purchased separately.
   3.    Booking a Session
To redeem your voucher, you must contact me directly to arrange a date and time for your session. Bookings are subject to availability and should be made as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
   4.    Voucher Validity
This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The session must be booked and completed within this time frame. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or reissued.
   5.    Transferability
Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the person named on the voucher, unless prior agreement is made.
   6.    Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made later, or failure to attend the session, may result in the voucher being voided.
   7.    Weather & Rescheduling
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. In the event of poor weather, the session may be rescheduled to a new mutually agreed date.
   8.    Photographer’s Rights
The photographer retains full copyright of all images. Selected images may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, marketing materials).
   9.    Session Location
The session will take place in a location agreed upon in advance. For locations further than 15 miles away from Warrington, an additional travel fee will apply based on distance.
